Design & Research Process
When we kicked off our project, we were set on helping entrepreneurs boost their ability to create value. At first, we weren't sure which specific challenges to tackle. To figure this out, we dove deep into understanding the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the daily hurdles entrepreneurs face.
Our journey started with hands-on research. We talked with about 100 entrepreneurs and looked into current industry trends, what competitors were doing, and where the business opportunities lay. These conversations helped us really get what our customers needed, especially highlighting their struggles with technical know-how and financial resources.
We took this insight and ran with it, using iterative prototypes and data analysis tools to shape our solutions. Our focus centered on leveraging no-code technologies, ensuring our solutions were accessible and intuitive for non technical digital entrepreneurs.

The Challenge
Transforming ideas into digital products is challenging due to technical complexities and the need for significant time and financial investment, which carries high risk. This can lead to opportunity costs, delayed market entry, depleted funds, and emotional strain on those involved.
Solution
Bleap went through several iterations using interactive prototypes, no code experiments, A/B tests and products that didn't scale. At several moments we would become the product ourselves. We took "building products that don't scale" to another level. We would launch an unfinished feature, such as giving the users the possibility to connect their own domain to their product, in order to validate users desire for that feature. Front stage actions were simple, the user simply inserted their domain in an input field, while in the backstage we were manually working in order to provide those results for the user.
The final product involved a robust solution. Where users were able to create a product based on one of our no code templates. They could then customize that template in order to fit their needs. Some of the cusotmization features included applying their brand identity, customizing their marketing page, connecting domain, adding / removing features such as chats, search bars, bookmarks, etc.
The account also included an admin panel dashboard from which entrepreneurs could track the success of their solutions with product metrics and analytics.

Learnings and Highlights
I learned the importance of deeply listening to users and staying adaptable throughout the design process. This experience sharpened my ability to balance product vision with technical feasibility and business reality.
As a founder, I wore many hats, product manager, designer, sales, customer support, no-coder, content creator, business developer, recruiter, and scrum master, gaining firsthand insight into the joys and challenges of building from zero.
Through two accelerator programs (Sparklab & Pygma), I developed a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship, culture, fundraising, and trusting my intuition. Ultimately, deciding to sunset the product due to lack of product–market fit was one of the most valuable lessons, reinforcing resilience, clarity, and disciplined decision-making.
